The thermoforming process is ideal for making custom plastic parts to complement your unique requirements. At Seiler
Plastics, our quality and service is enhanced by extruding our own plastic sheet. By extruding the sheet used in the
thermoforming process in-house, SPC has more control over quality and, equally as important, delivery of finished
product. Finally, because SPC can control the manufacturing process from pellet to part we can openly communicate to
the customer about each step of the manufacturing process.

Seiler Plastics has experience in a wide variety of materials including: HDPE, LDPE, HIPS, ABS, RPVC, and more.
Additionally, SPC can match your part to our production machines to offer the best efficiencies and quality for your
part. Because SPC can produce on either shuttle or rotary machines we can produce parts in small, medium, and large volumes.
