The vacuum forming process consists of heating thermoplastic sheet and forming it into three-dimensional shapes, then trimming excess material until it is the end product. Our dedicated engineering team has the knowledge and expertise to assist customers with materials and design to ensure the final thermoform product is economical and within specification.

There are advantages with custom plastic thermoforming, such as lower tooling costs compared to other plastic processes such as injection molding.  In addition, design and functionality can be created with thermoformed products without having to invest in extremely high tooling costs which would be required with other molding processes. A wide variety of colors are also available with thermoformed plastic.
